If you are a lawyer member or articling student (or retired lawyer member) of the Law Society of Ontario, we would love to have you join our Association. General Membership

$200/year

General Members are entitled to attend the Spring Dinner and AGM and the Fall Social Event (usually a dinner) free of charge. Membership entitles members to use the Law Library at the Perth Courthouse and to access information about what is going on within the association and at the level of the Federation of Ontario Law Associations (FOLA). Members have voting rights and are encouraged to become involved with various committees within the association. As well, membership in a local law association automatically entitles lawyers to membership in FOLA. Information on benefits and perks of membership.

Social (non-voting) Membership

$90/meal

Social members are welcome to attend the Spring AGM & Dinner and the Fall Social Event (usually a dinner), and just pay for their plate at each dinner.

Social membership entitles social members to access information about what is going on within the association and at the level of the Federation of Ontario Law Associations (FOLA).

COLLA’s general membership shall be restricted to lawyer members of the Law Society of Ontario.

COLLA’s social membership may be composed of articling students and non-practicing lawyers including, but not limited to, judges, retired lawyers, or lawyers taking a leave of absence or maternity/parental leave.
